Delete your Ziro 90 account
Ziro 90 players can permanently delete their account and associated data from inside the game: sign in, open the main menu, open About, select the here link under Delete account, and confirm. The game will sign out and ask the player to sign in once more to securely reauthenticate the request. The account and associated data are then deleted automatically.
Request deletion outside the app
If you cannot access the game, send a request from the email address associated with your Ziro 90 account. Use the subject “Delete my Ziro 90 account”. We may ask you to verify ownership before completing the request.
Request account deletionData that will be deleted
- Your Firebase Authentication account.
- Your Ziro 90 profile and account information.
- Your saved checkpoints and progress.
- Your leaderboard entry.
Email requests will normally be processed within 30 days after account ownership is verified. Limited records may be retained only where required for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance. Aggregated or de-identified analytics may not be associated with an identifiable account.
