Privacy Policy for Ziro 90
Uhtred Studios ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Ziro 90 mobile game. This policy explains what information Ziro 90 collects, why it is used, how it is handled, and the choices available to players.
Information we collect
- Account information: email address, user ID, display name, first and last name, and username when provided during registration or through Google Sign-In. Password authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication; we do not receive or store readable passwords.
- Gameplay information: checkpoints, scores, ranking position, timestamps, and saved progress.
- App activity and diagnostics: app interactions, performance and diagnostic information, device or other identifiers, and general technical information collected through Google Firebase services, including Analytics.
How we use information
We use information to create and authenticate accounts, save and restore progress, operate leaderboards, provide game functionality, protect the service, diagnose problems, understand game performance and usage, and improve Ziro 90.
Service providers and sharing
Ziro 90 uses Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore and Firebase Analytics. Information is processed by Google as our service provider to deliver authentication, cloud storage, analytics and related infrastructure. We do not sell personal information and we do not currently display third-party advertising.
Security and international processing
Information transmitted between the app and Firebase is encrypted in transit. We use access controls and Firebase security rules to restrict account data. Our service providers may process information in countries other than the player's country, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.
Retention and deletion
Account and gameplay information is retained while the account remains active or as needed to provide Ziro 90. Players can permanently delete their account from the main menu by opening “About”, selecting the “here” link under “Delete account”, and confirming. The player must sign in once more to securely reauthenticate the request; the account and associated data are then deleted automatically. This removes the Firebase Authentication account, profile, saved checkpoints and ranking entry. A deletion request can also be initiated through our account deletion page. Limited information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance. Aggregated or de-identified analytics may not be associated with an identifiable account.
Children
Ziro 90 is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can delete it.
Your choices
You may request access to or deletion of your account information by using the in-app deletion option or contacting us. You may also manage relevant device and Google account privacy settings.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the game or our practices change. The effective date shown above will be updated when a revised policy is published.
